The Buncombe County Tourism Development Authority will conduct its annual planning session in person in the Barrel Room at Highland Brewing Company. The planning session is open to the public and the agenda will be posted 48 hours in advance. Following the planning session, relevant documents will be posted here.

Options for Attending the Annual Planning Session

IN-PERSON: The planning session is open to the public and the news media to attend in person in the Barrel Room of Highland Brewing Company, located at 12 Old Charlotte Highway in Asheville.

VIRTUAL: Virtual attendance via Zoom Webinar is also available. Register HERE for a link to attend the meeting virtually. >>

Important Notes

• Food and beverages will not be provided for the public or media who attend in person.
• The livestream will begin at 10 a.m. and will be paused during mealtimes, discussion groups, and scheduled breaks throughout the day, as outlined in the agenda.

Public Comment

There will be no in-person or call-in public comments during the annual planning session.
