Packaging
Packaging promotions are designed for accommodations to sell incremental room nights. By providing value-added packages that appeal to visitors, many accommodations have experienced driving additional room nights. A package offers lodging, attraction tickets and maybe a third component, such as a meal or spa treatment, for one price. The packages are reserved through the accommodations. The Asheville CVB promotes packages year-round on ExploreAsheville.com. Tracking
Tracking and reporting the room nights generated by the promotion is required. Participants who do not track the package room nights will not be eligible to participate in future packaging promotions. Tracking provides valuable information that is used in determining future promotions.

    Deadline for participation: September 10, 2004
  • Coupons 2005 (January 1 – December 31, 2005)
    Deadline for participation: December 2, 2004
  • Winter 3-for-2 Packages 2005 (January 2 – March 24, 2005)
    Deadline for participation: November 19, 2004
  • Spring Savers 2005 (April 3 – May 26, 2005)
    Deadline for participation: February 11, 2005
  • Summer Specials 2005 (May 30 – June 23, 2005)
    Deadline for participation: April 8, 2005
